Our MAP policy not only protects our brand, but it also protects you from constantly competing on price. We’d rather our resellers compete on service.
All sellers must adhere to the MAP policy, or they risk losing selling rights.

In-cart discounts do not violate PBE’s MAP policy; however, openly advertising prices lower than the specified amount of $63 does violate the policy. In simpler terms, while the final price displayed in the shopping cart may be below $63, product detail pages, homepage, and advertisements cannot exhibit the paramount product price as less than $63.
For instance, showcasing a product on Google Shopping with a price tag of $62 would constitute a violation. Conversely, if a visitor navigates to your website, adds a product to their cart, and sees a $1 discount applied, resulting in a final price of $62, there is no violation.
Currently, our Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy solely pertains to cases.
Bundling products does not violate the policy if the net adjusted price remains above the MAP threshold.
