What does a panelist do?

• Panelists are invited to participate in various types of studies. For each research opportunity, the type of study will be shared with you, along with any other research requirements.
• Online surveys.
• Product Testing Evaluations are completed in your home. Evaluations vary in duration and are communicated in the study invitations.
• 1:1 interviews.
• Focus Groups are usually held at our facility or at another designated facility. You participate in a 1 to 2 hour group discussion about a product or service.

Who can join?

• Users of incontinence products, family members/caregivers helping to care for someone with incontinence, etc.
• Panelists must also be 18 years of age or older. For family members/caregivers, the person in your care need not be 18 years of age.

Why do we want you to join?

• Your unique experience and opinion matters and helps us make better solutions for your needs.

How often are research opportunities available?

• We have research studies running year-round. However, you may not always qualify/won’t participate in all of them, etc.
• It varies and is dependent on the needs of our clients.

How will I find out about studies?

• Once you have joined, we will contact you (usually by email) to see if you qualify for a study. If you qualify, you will be notified of the location, date, time, duration, and compensation for the study. You then decide if you would like to participate. Keep in mind, to ensure you receive our emails and have the opportunity to participate in our studies, please add research@pbenet.com to your trusted or safe sender list.

Is there a cost to join?

• No. It’s FREE! You will never be asked to buy anything or pay any fees. Actually, We Pay You for Your Opinions!

How much will I get paid for studies?

• Compensation varies and will depend on the type and duration of the study. You will always know the compensation being offered prior to participation.
• Payment may be in the form of gift cards, cash, or Tranquility product of choice, as defined within each study, and will only be provided upon completion of the study. The value and type of the reward may vary from study to study.

Why don’t I qualify for the study?

• There are many reasons why you might not have qualified. Mostly, it’s because we reach our small quota while you are attempting to qualify for the study (we usually are only looking for smaller numbers of people, versus other big companies, who are doing large recruits). You should continue to check your email for other opportunities to participate in studies.

How can I unsubscribe?

• We appreciate your time and hope you enjoy participating in our panel. However, if at any time you would like to unsubscribe from either receiving emails or participating in studies you can do so. Each invitation email sent has a quick, easy, automated way for you to unsubscribe from us. Additionally, you can unsubscribe by emailing research@pbenet.com.
