Ohio-Made Tranquility Incontinence Products Tops Forbes ‘Best Adult Diapers’ with 3 Selections

Forbes acknowledges 43-year-old brand third consecutive year for severe incontinence solutions

The Tranquility® brand was recognized among Forbes Health’s annual “Best Adult Diapers of 2024” with top selections in three categories, the most for any incontinence product manufacturer. 

Tranquility Premium DayTime™ Underwear received the nod for “Best for Daytime Use,” Tranquility Air-Plus™ Bariatric Briefs were recognized as “Best Bariatric” product and Tranquility Swimmates® were chosen as “Best for Swimming.”

Tranquility’s three selections among the 10 total categories were the most for any absorbent product maker, with two other brands landing a pair of top products each, and three other companies receiving one acknowledgement apiece. 

This is Tranquility’s third consecutive year of having three products included on the Forbes Health list, having achieved recognition with the same trio of items for 2022 and 2023. 

Products selections were based on research from the Forbes Health Advisory Board, a panel of clinicians and practitioners that analyzed data on more than 90 products, factoring in price, sizes available, absorbency, adjustability and more. 

Breaking Down Tranquility’s ‘Best of’ Selections 

Here’s what Forbes judges had to say about Tranquility’s three “Best Adult Diaper” title recipients. 

Tranquility Premium DayTime Underwear –“Best for Daytime Use”

Why it was picked: In providing DayTime Underwear with a “5 out of 5” rating – one of just four items to receive a perfect rating from Forbes – the panel of judges stated “the product’s ultra-absorbent core is designed for active users in need of heavy leak protection.
