1. Stand Naturally
Relax your posture and keep your feet shoulder-width apart.
2. Locate the Measuring Area
Identify your waist and the widest part of your hips, which is typically around the lower abdomen.
3. Wrap the Tape Measure
Using a soft tape measure, wrap it around this area.
Keep the tape snug but not tight and make sure it’s level all the way around.
4. Check the Inches & Choose Your Size
Read the measurement in inches and use that number to select the correct product size.
